We offer classes encouraging you to awaken dormant or slack muscles, lengthen tight  muscles and bring about a much more balanced and dynamically functioning body.  From a more balanced  body, joints are relieved from pain caused by compression and collapsing, nerve damage/pain improved by the release of muscles and overall body tone improves.

I've been taking Sharon's classes for a couple of years now and would recommend them to anyone. From the start Sharon makes you feel at home. She tailors her classes to suit any level of fitness and age. It doesn't matter if it is your first class ever, or you've been going for years, Sharon gently encourages everyone to push themselves as far as they feel comfortable. I like way she explains things without jargon, in a way that helps me to make sure I'm doing the exercises properly and get the most benefit from them. I'm always impressed by the way she remembers everyone's particular ailments and weaknesses, giving assistance or alternative exercises wherever needed. 5 Stars!!
