Dynamic Yoga on Monday evenings is currently running alternating each week with a Pure Stretch class during summer holidays. PLEASE BOOK YOUR PLACE. The Yoga class will allow you to build your confidence of moving your body safely and sensitively through the poses.

Monday’s 7:45pm Flow Yoga is a class suitable for all levels and experience of Yoga.

Flow Yoga or Dynamic Yoga is a method of Yoga that uses fluidity of the body to flow from one pose to another and also to move sensitively into deepening each posture.

I usually teach classes with a particular focus for 3 weeks. I have found that this allows participants to deepen their experience and understanding within their own body.

Each 3 week block has a specific focus which helps both our mind and body understand, absorb.experience yoga as fully, deeply and effectively as possible.

Each course will allow you to absorb with as much depth of knowledge and physical sensational awareness as you allow yourself,   I will invite you explore your own experience of physical movements – without pushing or pulling and without resisting or overtly encouraging.

I will keep you moving and help you explore ways to positively relax your muscles ( by lengthening) and head space.

I used to prefer to do more aerobic/dance classes for exercise & always thought pilates would be a very slow, perhaps even dull, class so never tried it. How wrong was I!! A friend took me along to Sharon's class after raving about how great it was & within the first half of the class I knew I was hooked. Not only is Sharon one of the best teachers I have had in any class but she is kind, funny, very knowledgeable about her craft & a true inspiration. Just when you think you can't stretch that leg any further, along comes Sharon to show you that you can ;-)!! Pilates has had a great effect on my core strength too, I used to struggle to do a sit up without my feet under something to hold them in place but that is no longer the case & I really look forward to every class. I highly recommend it to anyone & everyone.
