An intermediate / advanced pilates class designed for those who are physically active, good body awareness and Pilates technique.

Tuesday 9:30am Intermediate/Advanced Pilates is a great class for a more advanced Pilates skill level.

It is a class that works at a faster and higher skill level than any other class on the timetable.

It is a popular class that helps to:
Improve and develop your flexibility
Maintain and strengthen your core
Address and highlight imbalances in your body that may be causing you aches, pains and injuries.
Improves balance and co-ordination
Builds core strength to bring out the best possible postural alignment.

This class is suitable for people who are new to Pilates but who are regularly participating in a sporting activity.
People who already go to Pilates classes and are looking to challenge themselves more than their existing class.

The classes are held in a beautiful air conditioned studio (heated too in those colder months!) in Danbury, Essex. With fantastic use of mirrors to assist your awareness of your body movements and alignment.

Class content is kept interesting and varied and we have the option to use Pilates equipment such as:
Swiss Balls
Foam Rollers
Mini weighted balls (1kg)
Mini Balls (7″ inflated balls)
Resistance Bands

Classes are held at Tomorrow’s Talent Studio, Well Lane, Danbury, CM3 4AB.

There is parking available directly outside the studio or along Well Lane.

All equipment is provided.

Classes are £8 per class, pay as you go or buy a 10 class pass for £72 (classes do not need to be taken consecutively – used within 6 months).

Booking your place is usually not necessary.

I used to prefer to do more aerobic/dance classes for exercise & always thought pilates would be a very slow, perhaps even dull, class so never tried it. How wrong was I!! A friend took me along to Sharon's class after raving about how great it was & within the first half of the class I knew I was hooked. Not only is Sharon one of the best teachers I have had in any class but she is kind, funny, very knowledgeable about her craft & a true inspiration. Just when you think you can't stretch that leg any further, along comes Sharon to show you that you can ;-)!! Pilates has had a great effect on my core strength too, I used to struggle to do a sit up without my feet under something to hold them in place but that is no longer the case & I really look forward to every class. I highly recommend it to anyone & everyone.
