Friday 9:30am Pilates is a great class for all levels.

It is a popular class that helps to:
alleviate aches and pains
strengths and lengthens your whole body
Improves balance and co-ordination
Builds core strength to bring out the best possible postural alignment.

The classes are held in a beautiful air conditioned studio (heated too in those colder months!) in Danbury, Essex. With fantastic use of mirrors to assist your awareness of your body movements and alignment.

Class content is kept interesting and varied and we have the option to use Pilates equipment such as:
Swiss Balls
Foam Rollers
Mini weighted balls (1kg)
Mini Balls (7″ inflated balls)
Resistance Bands

Classes are held at Tomorrow’s Talent Studio, Well Lane, Danbury, CM3 4AB.

There is parking available directly outside the studio or along Well Lane.

All equipment is provided.

Classes are £8 per class, pay as you go or buy a 10 class pass for £72 (classes do not need to be taken consecutively – used within 6 months).

Booking your place is usually not necessary.

"After many years of practising Pilates at a different class which had closed we found it difficult to find a class in our area that was suited to all levels, convenient and most of all enjoyable. From our first class with Sharon we knew it was a class we wanted to commit to attending regularly. We found other Pilates classes that we had tried tedious in the exercises and found they felt a chore to attend.  Sharon's classes have reminded us how much fun Pilates can be, we have found through Sharon we have personally progressed with our Pilates technique and also found a change and improved strength to our bodies. Sharon is a wealth of knowledge and we have learnt a host of new techniques and skills that will improve our core strength, joint mobility and stability for overall good health. Sharon adapts technique for all abilities and levels and provides encouragement and support when needed. We now find ourselves looking forward to our Pilates or Yoga classes each week, and the time flies by in the class! Overall we feel stronger from every class, it is a pleasure to attend and we encourage those of all levels and abilities who are thinking of giving Pilates a try to come along to one of Sharon's classes!"
