PILOGA is a fusion of PILATES CORE exercises and YOGA POSTURES.

When you’re time crunched and want to practice both Yoga and Pilates….this is definitely a way for your body to benefit.

Delivering the class via ZOOM gives you the convenience of attending a class wherever you are.

People often asked me these two questions:

  1. What is the difference between YOGA and PILATES?
  2. Which one do you prefer?

My answer isn’t usually short…..if you want to hear it all BUT simply…..I PRACTICE, LOVE, KNOW & FEEL THE BENEFITS OF BOTH EQUALLY.

Join in this class and leave having:

  • worked towards creating a balanced body
  • raised awareness of your posture
  • toned your core
  •  enjoyed a short but very welcome guided relaxation at the end

ZOOM classes are attended once you have contacted Sharon via e-mail/text and a link is sent to you for the class you wish to attend.

I've been taking Sharon's classes for a couple of years now and would recommend them to anyone. From the start Sharon makes you feel at home. She tailors her classes to suit any level of fitness and age. It doesn't matter if it is your first class ever, or you've been going for years, Sharon gently encourages everyone to push themselves as far as they feel comfortable. I like way she explains things without jargon, in a way that helps me to make sure I'm doing the exercises properly and get the most benefit from them. I'm always impressed by the way she remembers everyone's particular ailments and weaknesses, giving assistance or alternative exercises wherever needed. 5 Stars!!
