Sharon wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year – See you in 2017!

We are coming to the end of 2016 and life speeds up at an incredible pace doesn’t it!

Whatever it is that’s keeping you busy I hope is done because you love doing it and a glass of something tasty passes your lips for good will.

Today, Thursday 22nd is my last working day for 2016.. How about you?

I hope you make and find time to relax and do the things you love with the people you love.

I am going to a funeral tomorrow, a good friends mother has died unexpectedly, and draws me back to the real simplicity of life.  Life for most of us isn’t simple.  But when something as powerful as a birth or death happens then all the other less important clutter in our lives gets pushed aside.

And maybe that’s why Christmas is good for us.. Religious or not.. we all tend to take some time off and spend that time with family and friends.  Much as we love our jobs (or not) and we actually do like being busy, the Christmas break is exactly that  – a break – and hopefully come back to normality with renewed love for what we are doing everyday.

BUT…IF what you are doing everyday isn’t really ticking your boxes and you find time over the Christmas Break contemplating the ‘what if’s….is this it….I’m not happy…I’m not feeling fulfilled..

I could say many things about that and something might resonate with you – Here is a good general one for many of life’s challenges we face.

THE 3 C’s of LIFE:


You must make a CHOICE to take a CHANCE or your life will never CHANGE

On that, may I wish you happiness and love.

"After many years of practising Pilates at a different class which had closed we found it difficult to find a class in our area that was suited to all levels, convenient and most of all enjoyable. From our first class with Sharon we knew it was a class we wanted to commit to attending regularly. We found other Pilates classes that we had tried tedious in the exercises and found they felt a chore to attend.  Sharon's classes have reminded us how much fun Pilates can be, we have found through Sharon we have personally progressed with our Pilates technique and also found a change and improved strength to our bodies.
