Hi, its Half Term week and some classes are suspended.. please check if your class is running.

Hi, Just a quick note to remind you that there are a number of changes to the timetable in the next week…FRI 26th MAY to FRIDAY 2nd JUNE.
There will be no classes Friday 26th May or Monday 29th May.
Tuesday 30th May the 9:30am class is suspended and will return as normal Tuesday 6th June.
Wednesday 31st May the 9:15am Yoga is suspended and returns as normal Wednesday 7th June.
Friday 2nd June the 10:45am Piloga is suspended and will return as normal Friday 9th June.

So there are ONLY 2 classes week commencing 29th May:
TUESDAY 7pm PILATES
FRIDAY 9:30am PILATES

"After many years of practising Pilates at a different class which had closed we found it difficult to find a class in our area that was suited to all levels, convenient and most of all enjoyable. From our first class with Sharon we knew it was a class we wanted to commit to attending regularly. We found other Pilates classes that we had tried tedious in the exercises and found they felt a chore to attend.  Sharon's classes have reminded us how much fun Pilates can be, we have found through Sharon we have personally progressed with our Pilates technique and also found a change and improved strength to our bodies. Sharon is a wealth of knowledge and we have learnt a host of new techniques and skills that will improve our core strength, joint mobility and stability for overall good health. Sharon adapts technique for all abilities and levels and provides encouragement and support when needed. We now find ourselves looking forward to our Pilates or Yoga classes each week, and the time flies by in the class! Overall we feel stronger from every class, it is a pleasure to attend and we encourage those of all levels and abilities who are thinking of giving Pilates a try to come along to one of Sharon's classes!"
